- avoided sugary snacks

The challenges for the current week WILL be up today, but late. I have a final to take first. I will have the charts up this evening.

    The sugary snack thing was interesting. I couple of times I thought about something sweet and then tole myself thatbit was the doubled category and decoded on fruit or yogurt and raisins instead. Win for the challenge giving me motivation! In fact, the only day I had a sugary snack was an accident! I ordered bubble tea and on my first sip realized just how sugary it is!! I didn't remember that when I ordered it!

    Been up and down all week and all over the place all week......so as of this morning nothing for me this week!

    Luckily I weighed myself yesterday, before I was bad and had Chinese (which I need to stop because the sodium in it kills me. ugh) So even though today I weigh 295, 8 lbs of that is water (boo me!) so as of yesterday I was down .5 lbs. GOTTA do better. Looking over my week, I was so BAD. While I was under my calorie goal and exercised well most every day....I did not eat good at all!! This week will be better!!!!
