Just got my bracelet!

Well, I just got my bracelet. 4/6/2013 I am still figuring it out. I did use it to monitor my sleep patterns, really like that part. Learning that sleep or lack of can contribute to weight issues. So, trying to all areas of life that can affect weight gain. Looking forward to hearing from others and how it works for you.

I got my bracelet on March 20th. I love it. I never take it off, and it is keeping me aware.0

I got mine on March 1st. I have used it mainly to track sleep and steps. I don't use it to log food or exercise since I already do that here. I do like seeing my sleep patterns and how many steps I take. With the little sayings it keeps me motivated to move more.0

I use my bracelet to track my sleep patterns too. I am learning a lot about that. I do like the vibration to remind me to move. Although sometimes it is aggravating when I am busy at work at my desk with a client and CANNOT walk. However it helps to make me aware. I am disappointed it does not track weight or maybe I haven't found that yet. But, I do use this site for food, exercise and weight. I got a black one, what colors do you guys have?0

Mine is also black, they didn't have any other color in the sixe I needed. I do like the little information/tips it gives. Like today it suggested I try and top my steps frion last Saturday. Just a little challenge.0

After some coworkers had discussed it 2 weeks ago I decided to get one last night. I'm hoping it will help me keep track better my burn while on vacation as my old bodybugg won't sync with my phone.
The sleep tracking is certainly what got me and liked seeing the result this morning0 -
I got my UP today. Glad I have MFP to track food....the UP App doesn't give you calorie goals..it just tracks what you eat...so I'm glad that MFP recently teamed up with J-UP as a partner. Talk about great timing.0
