What is your goal for water consumption this month?

Mine is to drink 10 cups a day at min.


Make sure to check in. I'm at 6 cups today so far!

    My goal is 84 ounces a day (five 16.9oz bottles). Halfway there!

    I got my 10 in and then some yesterday. Ended with 12 cups. Today I'm only 2 cups in.. Going to get to it now.

    I drink between 3-4 liters a day regularly. I actually like water...just plain, room temp....although I am drinking about 8 oz of a dr pepper right now...ha!!

    I'm aiming to drink at least 16 cups (1 gallon) a day. Sometimes I drink more. It just depends if I work out or not that day.

    My goal is 96oz a day with exercise especially! I love water anyway so adding 32oz is a breeze! :drinker: :laugh:

    This is huge for me because all I would drink was diet coke.

    So my current goal which I have stuck with for a few weeks now is to have 1 diet coke in themornings and to drink water the rest of the day. I havent actually measured my consumption, but I fill up my McDonalds 32 oz cup after lunch with ice water, and then fill it again at the end of the work day. Once I'm home I drink 1 or 2 more glasses through the evening.

    I guess I'll start figuring in how much I'm drinking. Looks like about 76oz or more.

    Thats how I am with Dr pepper1 I would drink it non stop. now i'm trying just one in the mroning!
