    day 4 today, so it is a rest day but did 30 anyway..30 seems to be my comfortable number, don't know how I am going to do 200+...do you do them all at once????

    20 oblique crunched
    30 Russian twists
    20 second plank
    10 sit-ups
    20 bicycle crunches
    30 scissors

    10 jack knifes
    20 second side plank (each side)
    20 Russian twists
