I've now caught up to the rest of you. For those that can't see the chart the challenge is:

45 sit-ups
30 crunches
30 leg raises
35 second plank

    Done! I hit the gym this morning, got in my AB workout plus 230 squats, free weights and cardio. I think I'll be taking a nap this afternoon... ;-)
