Hi Cysters

Weird one, i have started with Zumba for Kinect. What i have noticed though is that once i start moving around, my feet get really sore with trainers on so i end up having to kick them off quarter way through my routine.

Anyone else experience the same thing?

Where is the pain? YOu could either have something wrong or it could be that you have the wrong shoes and they don't fit you correctly? I have issues with my feet so I have to be careful of the shoes I get. Sometimes when I'm trying to save money I get the wrong shoes and sometimes I luck out.

Take them to a running store and see if they are right for you because what you are describing happens to me when the shoes I have are not right for me.

Yup, I agree, unfortunately it does sound like the shoes. A proper running store can measure your feet and tell you exactly what kind of runners you should be wearing for whatever activity you're doing.

If it turns out that isn't the problem, talk to your doctor about seeing a podiatrist? Possibly arch problems or something like that? Insoles could help.

I get that with certain athletic shoes. The more rigid the sole, the more I hurt. I bought some Ryka Desire shoes and no more pain! They are very flexible and light, but give just the right support for me. Plus they are comfy like slippers.

I have plantar fasciitis and also a morten's neuroma in my left foot (both feet have PF, left worse). My weight exacerbates it. Sneakers/trainers can cause foot cramps if not properly fitted. I wear sandals a lot. I hope you do not have either of these, I don't wish them on anybody, but you may want to check. Good luck.
