If you are participating in the Healthy Weight Loss contest also tell me how many days you: (at this time no new members will be accepted)

- drank 8 cups of water
- ate 2 servings of fruit
- ate 3 servings of veggies
- avoided sugary snacks
- logged in your journal
- exercised 30 minutes or 45 minutes


The challenges for the current week WILL be up today, but late. I have my last day of work today.

    Loss of 1.1 pounds

    Since I ate out every meal from Friday night to Monday morning (company) and I have some feminine water weight, I'm going to call this is a total win and a half!

    lost 1 pound
    I calibrated my home scales to match the new electronic scales I bought over the weekend - bummer, off by 2 pounds. BUT I am using the new calibration in my reported weight - so my exciting 3 pounds has turned into 1 pound. :sad:

    I have been very lazy lately and I've gained 3.4 lbs :/ But I'm starting my diet again today!

    I stayed the same this week....I think. :) I lost over 12 lbs of (I guess) water weight, to bring me down to within a tenth of a pound from what I was last weigh in. So overall, I'm pretty happy with myself. I'm not sure if all the excess fluid weight is gone or if I've lost any, but at least I haven't gained AND I dropped that excess. I'll take it this week. Time for a better week this next week!

    I lost 1.6 pounds this week
    I drank 8 c water 6 days
    I had 2 svg fruit 7 days
    I had 3 svg veggies 3 days
    I avoided sugary snacks 6 days
    I logged all food 7 days
    I exercised 30 minutes 1 day and 45 or more minutes 3 days

    I didn't do very well on the challenge this week. My mom was in a coma in the hospital and I spent a lot of time there and not much time working out. I did OK, though.
