sorry i have been missing lately- I have been going through a lot with exams, and a breakup. Im trucking a long.
I just wanted to say sorry to everyone for not being on top of my promises.

Garbage- Im just going to try to make sure im eating in general. I turn away from food when im stressed
Move- maybe some walks, to help with my moods and anxiety or something

  • Great going girl! you're well and truly on a roll.

    I on the other hand have hit a brick wall, so decided I wont be stepping on the scales until the end of the month, hoping by then I'd have been able to shift some lbs. Am doing more weight training now so am definitely seeing a change in my body shape and tone...really hoping that the scales will reflect that too.

  • I have been on a roll these past couple of weeks. Handball & zumba are my exercise. Everything else feels like a chore & I want to loss weight & have fun. The key in my mind is to keep the weight off by doing exercises you love/like.

    Move: Walk 10 blocks extra everyday, 2 Zumba classes, 3 60 min Handball sessions

    I can't do week 6 because I had a stomach virus and was sick so I lost unhealthy weight and got down to 224 which will come back so I will have a better number next week... :)

    Been bouncing a lot between 195 and 193. Moving this weekend though so I hope being that close to the track permanently will be more motivating to do my cardio. Still need to investigate the gym/weightroom situation.

    Garbage: Been horrible on the cookies and candy lately! Only 3-4 treats this week.
    Move: Actually been doing a lot extra at work getting things cleaned and cleared after school released. But still need to work on the strength training. Sit-ups 5 times this week.
