I stayed the same this week....I think.
I lost over 12 lbs of (I guess) water weight, to bring me down to within a tenth of a pound from what I was last weigh in. So overall, I'm pretty happy with myself. I'm not sure if all the excess fluid weight is gone or if I've lost any, but at least I haven't gained AND I dropped that excess. I'll take it this week. Time for a better week this next week!
