    Eric is a Type 1 Diabetic who doesn't buy into the doctors saying that he should walk for his exercise b/c of his disease. :happy:

    Love that there are so many boxes associated with the military. Crossfit seems like a perfect way to train for military members who need to be ready for anything.

    I started with Oceanside Crossfit in Oceanside, CA, but then quit for a while and now work further south, so my new home is Crossfit Del Mar (San Diego). So happy to get back into it. Already seeing results after three weeks!
