I finished most of the workout this morning, and I am feeling it something fierce! Will finish up the rest this evening when I get home from work. I have started mixing up the order of the exercises. Today I did plank first, so I could hold it longer (I usually save the worst for last ;-). Happy Wednesday everyone!

I had to break mine up in two sessions... 1 because I did some this morning and was short on time..and then 2nd I finished it with my normal ab work out..yep it burns!!0
