Day 15 - 140 Squats

Come on everyone - we are on day 15 - DAY 15 - can you believe it!?!?!? We are to the halfway mark - we got this from here on out!

140 squats today - we can do it! Too challenging - break them down to 20 and hour - not too hard to get done that way.

40 down - 100 to go for me...

Keep up the great work everyone!!

    Done!!! Lost count at one stage, so I either did 140 or 150. Anyways, this is definitely getting tougher!! Have a nice day all. The day is almost over here in the UK.

    Just walked for 1.25 miles (with 15 sets of stairs) & 25 squats done. 115 to go. Legs are really sore, but my pants are getting much looser in the legs!

    Done. Had a hard time finding the motivation to get them done today. Glad tomorrow is a rest day. I feel like I need a day to catch my breath and refocus.

    Got mine done yesterday - but like Hockeymom610 said, I am glad it is a rest day because I need to refocus.
  • Didn't log in yesterday but I did 140 squats yesterday. I missed day 14 so I will be doing those today instead of resting!
