I'll go first.
1 Vanilla Meal replacement Shake pouch
1 Mandarin-Orange Spark pouch.
Combine both with 12oz of water. Tastes just like an Orange-Creamsicle! SOOO Yummy.
Appropriate for all phases!

Carbs: 35
Fiber: 5
Fat: 3
Protein: 24
Sugar: 12
I've also tried this with the Mango-Strawberry spark, not nearly as good but still pretty damn yummy!
