Hello! I just got mine today
So I know you can't sync the up with my fitness pal, but if it says I burned however many calories in a day, how can I put those into MFP? Is there any way to insert misc calories burned? Or do I have to out them in as a specific exercise?
Thanks!

I noticed this is an old post, but you can now sync your UP with MFP. The activities will sync to MFP and the calorie intake will sync to the UP. Also, you have other options by using www.ifttt.com (if this then that).0

I just wanted to point out that UP's Android app does not sync with MFP. UP only offers partner apps for the iOS (iPhone & iPad) app:
