My goals today are to do day# 6 of Level 1, 30 Day Shred... and I am also planning on a walk with a friend after work0

May 17th Commitment:
-Walk 12000
-Eat within my calories (and eat back some exercise calories)
-Drink 8 glasses of water or more
-Day 3/Level 1 of 30 Day Shred0 -
Today I did Day 5 on 30 DS Level 2 then I pushed myself to do 45 minutes Billy Blanks Tae Bo Cardio Inferno. At the end of my workout, I was sweating buckets and was practically dead lol
Today I don't want to have any cheat meals because I have to attend a party tomorrow and God only knows what will happen0 -
I got up this morning and did Day 4 of Level 2 30 Day Shred. I took the day off yesterday because I've been in a funk all week, but I think having the day off helped a little. I'm feeling slightly more motivated today. Thanks to those of you who sent encouraging messages earlier in the week!!
Tonight I will run at least 3 miles. I'd like to do it outside, but it depends on the weather. Either way, I'll get a run in, I promise!!0 -
Yesterday I drank lots of water, did a little gardening, & ate well. Today I will do the same, plus going out to get a MegaMillion0

Woke up early and was able to go to the gym and run intervals for an hour! I am surprised I can still run 6 miles in an hour Then I just need to watch what I eat through the day! Feeling good and got a sneak peak at my weight and couldn't be happier that am finally loosing pounds!!!!! :happy:0

My goal for today is to do 100 crunches and 200 pushups.0
