I just have to share, because it has been helping me a lot and maybe would help some of you as well. A couple weeks ago, I saw a commercial for this new type of Icy/Hot. It's called Icy/Hot Arthritis Lotion, and instead of that greasy gel that is more for muscle pain, this is just like a lotion. Not only has it been helping with my muscles, but it helps my joint pain as well. Yes, it still smells like Icy/Hot, which kind of sucks, but the relief I get from this stuff is totally worth it. Anyway, I got a bottle of it for like $6 at Target, so it's a nice cheap remedy for some of your aches and pains.
Just thought I'd share!

I've been using Rosemary Essential OIl for my aches and pains. I just mix it with a carrier oil, like olive oil, and rub in on where it hurts. No Icy/Hot smell, but you do smell like rosemary for the rest of the day.0

That sounds interesting! Have you noticed any kind of skin irritation from the rosemary?0

I haven't had any irritation at all. As long as I mix it with a carrier oil I'm fine. I've use essential oils for other things, too. They're pretty amazing. I have asthma, and I'll use Eucalyptus for it sometimes. Love them!0

I have a really good friend that is a holistic health practioner and she also lives with lupus. She makes a lot of great (luipe-safe) products for pain relief, healing, and help with sleeping. her web site is www.farmerchick.com0

Hey all,
Has anybody tried this for the knotting that comes with lupus + fibro?
If it does I would gladly sell all I have for a lifetime supply0
