I'll be doing level 2, day 5 today and am really not noticing any difference. Yes, I do feel a bit stronger, but my body looks the same and clothes fit the same as before.

Anyone else?

I've not seen any noticeable changes when looking at my body/clothing fit/the scale (muscles do feel a little firmer when I poke them), but I'm really happy that my endurance is improving and that I'm becoming stronger. :)

my scale has gone up (muscle i guess). My clothes fit the same, i still look the same. I thought i looked a little slimmer but not so much. So really no progress yet except i am alot stronger.

Glad to know I'm not the only one! It's not going to make me give up though...as much as I hate those plank moves in level 2.
Getting stronger is still a good thing!

ok, i've now gotten feedback from others. Now even though i dont feel/see much of a difference (except i feel stronger), I saw my mom this weekend who I only see about once a month, if that. She said i look like "lost a bunch of pounds" lol. She could have just been being nice but idk. I then asked my husband and he said i do look thinner. He said my head looks bigger lol meaning my body looks smaller. Thats what he said.

So i guessss even though i dont see it. I've apparently lost inches. The scale is still up 2 lbs from where i started though.
