I think Day 16 was a rest day? I was at the gym yesterday so I did the workout then instead - so today I rest. And I hurt!

I had to split mine up into two routines again...short on time in the morning so I did half then and half later on when I had a chance.
I love it and I can totally feel tightness in the abs0 -

Day 16 was a REST DAY that fell on my regular REST DAY, so that was terrific!
Day 17 DONE...EXCEPT the plank. I pulled a muscle on the right side of my chest and can't do them right now. I'm doing the other three exercises and will get back to the planks as soon as the muscle heals. I was dumb and tried to life heavier weights than I should have. Well, ...lesson learned.0
