Group walks/runs in the KC area.

I was wanting to see if anyone would be interested in starting a group walk/run. If you are interested put the day, time and place where you would like to meet. I know of three nice places first is the little blue trace in Indep/ Blue springs area, second in Macken park in NKC and the English landing in parkville.

have you been able to set up a walk/run group in KC yet? I live just south of KC in Grandview I would join a walk group I think that would be fun. Right now I just walk at the community center.0

I walk in Macken Park in NKC just about every lunch hour unless I decide to switch it up and go to Liberty Memorial or walk downtown. I wouldn't be opposed to meeting after work for walks if my schedule permits. Right now I'm doing a hot yoga class after work and if anyone is interested in that - let me know - I love it!0
