Wii Fit Plus Challenges...?

I use to post the weekly challenges for Wii Fit/Wii Fit Plus when I was still on Weight Watchers (just cancelled my subscription) and everyone in the group seemed to love them. If interested, and babybellyfat allows, I would love to continue doing this for us here on MFP! Below is a 'Weekly Challenge' example that I have used in the past. Please let me know if this works for you!
*Each routine is based on approximately 15 minutes of activity*
*The Weekly Challenge is 5 days of exercise with 2 days of rest*
*Day 1 starts on the day you choose.*
These challenges will help you get familiar with your Wii and the many activities Wii Fit Plus offers! If you cannot do them, at least try to complete the Team Goal of '20 min Wii A Day.'
Posting scores is a personal preference. You don't have to if you don't want to.

I try to start with a warm-up exercise and end with a cool-down exercise...0
