Biking from Austin to Alaska this summer

In 10 days actually! Biking for a cause. I am excited to see how my body will change this summer. Got 1500 training miles in. 70 days here I come.

    I did that, once.

    Then I woke up.

Good luck to you. May the road rise up to meet you and the wind be always at your back. :drinker:

Sounds great!! I've done a fair bit of touring including a 14 month trip of over 11,000 miles as well as many shorter trips. I remember the feeling of anticipation in the days prior to my departure. Am I packing the right stuff? Will I be able to make it? What happens if...? They will all be answered in due time. Enjoy the adventure and welcome every moment into your life as something precious. And stay connected!! Keep this group up to date your journey!

That is way cool! I used to think my brother was crazy for biking from Boise to Seattle but now I understand. Now a long tour is on the list. Good luck!
