I'm skipping this weigh-in. I know I have gained in the past week, and I blame myself. I wasn't as strict with myself as I should be while nursing a back injury and working/moving around less. However, I acknowledge my self-indulgence and its level of excess, and I plan to take corrective action and get back to a progressive pattern. Hopefully, once the pain has stopped, I'll be able to start exercising a bit more.0

Sorry that I am so late in checking in with you guys. As you all know by now, my life is very hectic and unreal due to our hurry up to build and move in the next 18 days. I can't keep up with my MFP challenges. lol... As of this morning, I am down another two pounds (YEA!!!) but not close to my goal of 180 yet. It is coming off really slow but on the other hand, I haven't really paid much attention to my weight loss either. I am thankful for every pound lost and will get back to really trying harder once my life calms down and I am in my new home.
