I was sick for many weeks and didn't log in for a few more.
I am at 148.8 and will be down by next week!0 -

Wedding and travel to a place I used to live made my eating and water habits less than desirable, but I apparently did ok anyway judging by the loss (which is largely water weight, but who cares!?)0 -

could not log in at casino on Saturday so I got it done on Sunday at golf course. Am surprised at the loss since I have eaten in restaurants for 3 days. Glad to be home.0 -

Hello All - it's been a rough month or so, but I'm back and more determined than ever.
Starting weight: 215
Current weight: 196.9
Total loss = 18.10 -
Down to 286.5 this week, so down .5 lbs from last week.
