Protein shakes

I have multiple sensitivities and found that protein shakes help immensely with my symptoms. I started on a shake that tasted good, but the soy tripled the inflammation in my body. I am looking for one that is gluten free, soy free, dairy free, with no artifical sweeteners (preferably stevia). Does this product even exist? I know I'm shooting for the moon, but I would love for it to taste good as well:)

You can get both Rice and pea protein powders. I tried the rice and I'll be honest it was awful.

Also have a look at PB2 which has lots of protein but not the fat and can be added to a normal smoothie.

spirulina is another option, besides the rice and pea protein. I think Nature's Plus is the brand I tried, they sold individual packets so I could try it first. Looks like their gold standard line is non-soy.

The rice and pea protein both have funny after taste. But are great in baking protein muffins, pancakes and homemade bars... So you can still use whatever you bought and didn't like :)

The spirutein has soy so I can't use that one, but I'll look into the others mentioned, thanks.

Check out this blog and especially the excel spreadsheet that she put together:

I don't generally use protein powders, but the one languishing in my cupboard is hemp protein, by Manitoba Harvest. One ingredient.

I use a paleo meal powder by Designs For Health. I have problems with soy as well. This one gives my very sensitive tummy a break.
