As above title, on at 8 PM, are some people fat because it is in their DNA & passed down the generations?

Or are they "Secret eaters"?

Could be shouting a tele time & maybe worth a watch, even for only 5 minutes before you kick the screen in

The advert for this alone has been irritating me!

Yes they may have a gene that slows their metabolism or whatever making it more difficult to lose weight, but I find that most people like this (not saying all) use this as an excuse to eat the entire multi-pack of kit-kats because there's "no point" trying to lose weight.

I dont watch tv often enough to see ads any more but going to give this a looksie sounds interesting. I dont believe in that stuff (studied psych n sociology so I'm more aware than most how social stuff can influence people... parents passing on eating habbits etc) but always fun to see
