Congrats on your weight loss and your pregnancy, I also lost weight - 39 pounds but I was doing it for health reasons and I got pregnant! I am almost 12 weeks with my first and I am sooooo excited! I have tried in the past to get pregnant me and hubby have been together for 14 years and I tried on and off but I had given up for the time being and started to to just focus on my health and thats when it happened.......Whens your due date?0

Congratulations!!
I wasn't losing weight to get pregnant - we were told pregnancy was impossible without IVF - but I won't lie, it was in the back of my head of "wouldn't it be nice..." Of course, that was in the context of, wouldn't it be nice if losing weight made a less invasive treatment more effective?
Lo and behold, 40lbs lost and surprise BFP. I hadn't had my period in a year and really didn't have a reason to test, but tested at 5w0d. Hah!0
