    I restarted on 5/25 after a fairly spectacular binge the night before. Off-roaded for 10 days & realized the sugar demons weren't quite slayed!

    I have pretty much been continuing on with Whole30 with the very few exceptions. My plan is to do another strict 30 days beginning June 1, 2013. I have still lost 2 more lbs since I finished my first strict Whole30 May 16. :)
