I am loving 3DS Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: The Gates to Infinity at the moment! I really like the different style of gameplay to the other Pokemon games I have played. My favourite Pokemon game would probably have to be Soulsilver and this was the first one that I played. I also really liked the Pokewalker and how the leader of your party could follow you around onscreen!
Is anyone else playing the new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game and really enjoying it?

I can only play the actual pokemon games, not the spinoffs. My favorite was red because I still have my cart with my level 89 party. Yellow was cool too though, I always had a Pikachu in my party so it was cool to have him walk around with you. Can't wait for X & Y0

I've got a bunch of Pokemon games I've played through a couple of gyms and then got bored of. I really get overwhelmed with all of the new stuff they put into the newer games and can't play without a guide. I think I might be getting old...0

Maybe o.o; I always found them to be to simplistic. Maybe you're talking ;bout all the breeding stuff? That gets fairly complicated.0 -
As you progress through the games they introduce growing berries, contests, breeding...etc.
Without a guide, I'm useless.
Well, I'm pretty useless in general. What were we talking about again? ._.0 -

I haven't given any of the spinoffs a chance, really. I've downloaded a few demos for some (one where you have to use this like... top thing to catch Pokemon) but I kinda didn't like it. It felt too alien for me. I love Pokemon games, but have only played a handful really. I started with Silver, then went to Diamond, Pearl, Emerald, and then SoulSilver. The rest I just haven't given myself enough time to get them, and if I'm extremely honest, I don't care for any of the newer Pokemon either. My wife and I were actually talking about this earlier, how Pokemon are now being designed so round-ish. Before they used to be sharp and sleek, but now they're really smooth and bulbous, and they're running out of animals to design them after, so they're doing things like candles, and cogs! (although those two Pokemon are one of my favorites of the newer generation) I am looking forward to X and Y though. Entirely new ways to play and interact. I just wish there was a way to re-incorporate the Pokewalker. That was one of the coolest novelties you could do in a game.0

Best game was silver, but the best pokemon, for me at least, was Exploud. Before exploud, nidoking and charizard0

Aged player, every version from Red-White (not spinoffs or Black)
I was very hesitant with Pokemon White/Black. I regret it after i broke down and bought a white version on Ebay.
I just started a Nuzlocke on FireRed and its still as fun as it used to be like... oh god almost 20 years ago...0 -
I am playing the Mystery Dungeon one now! Wish there were people near by that played too!0

I'm close to the end of the infinite dungeon game. I got hooked! What do you all think about the Mega evolution? "It is possible only in battle" according to the trailer.0
