I am in need of some new ideas getting in shape! I'm bore with my winter regiment. Any and all ideas are welcome!!!1

    I cant wait to get hiking again now that it is warming up :) that is always a good workout

    I have just been watching my intake and I play with my dog when I can so I can get cardio in. I walk alot and that seems to do good for me. What have you been doing to get in shape?
