What's your agenda for today?? I took a rack of ribs out to BBQ for today, you're all invited over! Yea may be a bad food day, but hey let's celebrate the holiday in style!

As I am in Canada; my holiday was last Monday.... so while you all celebrate I am sitting at my desk at work haha.
My commitment for today, aside from the usual logging and watching my calories... is to jog tonight after work; annnnnd go to bed EARLY so I can try and make the gym in the morning!0 -
I'm back in business with this, so my goal today has been to balance college work with exercising and housework, along with a few breaks. I've actually found I haven't been overly hungry, and our meal for tonight that we've planned has turned out to be a nice light meal which sounds yummy. I've kept within my limit so far which is good, and I've done 30 mins of cardio plus my daily squat and arm challenge (rest day for crunches)
My goal for this evening is to go for a 30 minute walk to tie the day over.0 -
My goal for today is to get 5 miles walking/running on my fitbit.
I also have to plan the meals for the week and go grocery shopping so I can stay on plan.0 -
No exercises for me today. Having a BBQ party with the family. Have a great day everyone0

I didn't post a committment yesterday, but I still stuck with the program! I ran 4.5 miles in 50 minutes and did Level 2, Day 9 of 30 Day Shred. I also stayed within my calorie goal. yay!0
