    My personal Goals:
    0/8lbs
    0/30 days within calorie goal
    0/30 days within Fitness goals
    0/10 days exceeding Fitness goals

    Hi. I'm Jordan and these are my June Goals: 1) Give up casual drinking. 2) Exercise at least a little bit every single day. 3) Eat smaller meals more frequently (including more protein and less carbs).

    Hi!

    my personal goals for June are..
    1. Lose 1-2 lbs per week
    2. Exercise 30 minutes per day at least 5x week
    3. Watch my portion sizes
    4. I like what Jordan said about giving up casual drinking...I'm going to try that as Well... :)
    5. Be Happy with my progress so far an try not to beat myself up too much when I fail to reach weekly goal.

    Hi,

    My personal goal for June is

    1.to eat right at right time and strictly follow my diet
    2.learn doing my cardio workouts at proper levels which will help in in losing weight
    3. to lose 5 kgs in this month ,1 kg each week
    4. updating my diet in fitness pal and recording weight everyday.

    current weight 68
    Goal weight 63

    My personal goals for June are
    1. track food everyday.
    2. exercise 60 minutes at least 6 days a week.
    3. drink more water and less diet soda.

    *exercise at least 5 days a week for 30 mins
    *have more vegetables in my plate
    *drink more water
    *lose 2 pounds/week

    My goals:
    Improve my 5k speed
    Eat accurate amount of calories
    Eat less carbs.

    My goals:
    1. Eat clean/healthy (I've been a fast food junkie for TOO long)
    2. Drink lots of water (I tend to drink a lot of Diet Soda-trying to cut that down)
    3. Eat more veggies
    4. Exercise and put on muscle mass
    5. Shed these muffin tops!

    6. Start the 30 day shred and stick to it.
    7. Also make my 5k time better
    8. Try to check in at least 3 times a week.

    goals are

    -give up drinking alcohol for one month
    -stick to my diet
    -go for a 30 minute walk at least 4 times a week

    current weight- 238 lbs
    target - 232 lbs

    Nothing like the present time trying the cutting back on alcohol as of right now had a beer then thought I'll have another its not June!! Then I put it back and grabbed a water :drinker:

    Hi, my goal for the month of June is to eliminate sweets and candy from my diet. I am doing lots of positive things, but I think I am sabotaging my progress by snacking inappropriately.

    Walk or Bike 5 miles a day (excluding weekends).
    Eliminate all white foods (sugar, rice, flour).

    June Goals:
    *At least 8 glasses of water a day
    *Work on having a positive mentality/healthy body image no matter where I am at
    *Exercise 5-6 times a week with active rest days
    *Interval walk/jog/run at least 3 times a week
    *Log my food every day
    *Focus on cutting down on sweets
