I'm up 2 lbs this week. I am having such a hard time with this sodium thing. Everything I like seems to be chock full of sodium.....I went up 10 lbs last several days ago and have been getting it off. It's like a round robin! Gotta do better this coming week, getting discouraged Grr.0 -
