Wow, you guys have done awesome! You guys are machines I'm so happy for you!
I have reached my original goal of 14000 today (I'm at 14463). My week 4 breakdown was:
May 22nd - 611 (35m CLX Push 2, 120 sit-ups, Insanity Max cardio)
May 23rd - 550 (CLX burn intervals & extreme abs, Insanity Max recovery)
May 24th - 680 (CLX Push 3, Insanity Max Circuit Intervals)
May 25th - 513 (Insanity Max Plyo, 100 sit-ups, 30 triceps dips)
May 26th - 180 (15m stationary bike & yoga)
May 27th - 665 (CLX Lean 1, Insanity Max Cardio)
May 28th - 635 (Insanity Max Interval Circuit, CLX Recharge)
I'm super happy to have done so, as I took 4 days completely off when going on holiday, so for me it's good to see that I was able to make it up by doing little bits more each day.
Still 3 more days left to the month, so I'm hoping I can reach 16000 (originally wanted 15000, but why not try for 16000? )0 -

I've been hauling *kitten* this week. Monday I went for an hour-long walk on my lunch, played a game of hockey, and then did C25K when I got home. Yesterday another walk at lunch, then swimming in the evening. Today I got up early for C25K and I have hockey again tonight. Tomorrow will be a bike ride with DH after work and then Friday morning another C25K and Friday night is an hour & a half of shinny. I have just over 1,000 calories to go to achieve my monthly goal of 16,000 - I think I'm gonna make it!

I usually work out about two hours a day - sometimes more, sometimes less depending on what I do and how I feel. I do strength training every other day and I also mix Insanity, TurboFire, Brazil Butt Lift, walking, bicycling and yoga. Ngl, 24000 is a lot and I'm certainly not gonna try that again.

wtw0n, I'm relieved to hear that 24,000 was too much. You were making me feel like a super underachiever!
I really hauled *kitten* the past few days. Tonight DH and I went out for an almost 2 hour bike ride. I'm now at 16,325 calories, woohoo I made it! And I still have a C25K tomorrow morning and then a long shinny tomorrow night. I think I'll make my June goal 5% higher than my daily average achieved for May. Will have to wait to see what I burn tomorrow before I can set it.
