    Not sure if you found a twin yet? I am just getting started this week after an embarrassingly lazy winter (oops!). I'm 28, 29 in a month or so), and starting at 198lbs. My goal is around 140, but I think even getting to 150 would be feel fantastic.

    I'm really committed to making this change! Not sure what your lifestyle/challenges are, but maybe we could swap messages and help each other out?
