My commitment today is to get in a walk or jog after work, and try and get some strength training in there as well.0

Hey the sun's back out here, i hadda run our stairs last nite cuz of the rain and there were state police down busting our neighbor so i didnt bother going out. So you'll see me out on the hills walking or biking, now that the statey's cleaned up the old stoner down the hill, i feel so much safer - not.0

This morning I did day 9 level 2 of 30 day shred. The rest of the day I'll stay within my calories and drink plenty of water. I'm trying to focus on eating more protein and less carbs, and so far this week I"ve been doing good! Last night I ran 5.25 miles on the treadmill in one hour, so I'm taking a break from running today. My legs still feel tired this morning!0

Today I did Day 5 on the 30 DS level 3 and 30 mins Tae Bo cardio then I had to rush to work as there were some casualties and most of the other doctors were on leave. However, I plan to drink my usual 8 glasses of water and stay within calories.0

Well had a flat tire in both my bike wheels this morning so had to take the car :frown: ...will be running in the park close to my work for hopefully 45 mins to get my workout today in this beautiful weather!!!0

I did my intervals today on the treadmill cuz of rain.
Tomorrow and Friday supposed to be in the 90's!
Gonna get my work out in early so I won't get heatstroke....
Prehydrate and rehydrate so you don't dehydrate everybody!

My whole day was thrown of kilter because I had an appointment this morning, so I couldn't get my workout done first thing. If I could draw a graph it would show you the likelyhood of me exercising later in the day decreases exponentially as the hour grows later! Did well with staying within my calories, so I'm not disappointed in myself.0

Knew I was going to have a long, busy day at work so I got myself up early to do my C25K workout this morning. The sun came out this afternoon so I was able to get out for a walk at lunch.0
