My plan for today is to restart 30Day Shred. I kind of pushed it to the sidelines after I finished Day # 6 to concentrate on my jogging. Now that I am up to 20-30mins straight running.... It is time to get back to shredding! I also want to take a 'before' photo tonight so I can compare when I finish it. Also, I have to get to bed early.... Starting tomorrow a friend and I plan on walking early in the morning before work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.... Getting up early will really be a challenge for me!0

I am doing horrible on losing weight this week I plan today to just eat healthier and to walk. I have been feeling under the weather all this week and have been eating everything in site with no hesitation (well there has been some) and not having that feeling of full.
I just got my Depo Shot yesterday and have charted that when it comes to that time to get my shot, I eat and eat TONS. And then the week after I can barely eat. Hopefully I can get back on track!0 -
Today I did Day 6 on the 30 DS level and my usual 30 mins Tae Bo cardio. I'm going cycling this afternoon with a friend so this can be my extra challenge for today0

This evening I will run at least 4 1/2 miles on the treadmill. I'm starting to get excited about Sunday's weigh in! I peeked at the scale this morning, and I'm actually losing a little this week! This is very encouraging since I've been losing and gaining back the same 2 pounds for the last 4 weeks or so. I think I'm finally getting past the plateau! And as of today, if I lose one more pound I'll be at the lowest weight I've been in the last 8 years! Can't wait till Sunday!!0

Got my bike fixed so got to ride to work in this beautiful weather!! Nice afternoon bike ride home and just need to watch what I eat for through the day, happy Thursday!!0

She called me (& us) lovely, did you see that!!! woo hoo, ima gonna smile all day long cuz of it! Lets see plans change way too quickly in my life. Get home and an elderly friend asked us to help pull weeds, so i didnt get in a hard exercise last nite. So Tonight i will plan to bike or hike, once again, just to see if duty calls elsewhere.0

Walked/jogged 6 miles this morning. My very slow jogging stints are increasing in length!0

I have to get to the gym tonight. I've been so full of excuses (very few of them valid) and it's time for me to stop with my BS. I'm right where I was this day last week, no loss/no gain, so now it's time to push! I will get it done and I know I'll feel better once I do I'll report back tomrorow...0

As always, I am getting my running and workouts in but suppertime is continuing to be a disaster. I just want to eat and eat and eat some more. I think to myself, "I am full" than I think, "What else can I eat?!?". Other than willpower, which obviously isn't working, not sure what else to do.0

We went back to full time this week so on the one hand woohoo back to a full paycheck, on the other hand have to get used to working longer hours again. so this week has been up and down for the gym. did an hour of bollywood dance dvd today. goal for tomorrow is to make it to the gym. My goal this week is to actually eat enough. apparently i'm not eating enough and its making me gain rather than lose....go figure.0

What helps me to not eat to much at dinner is make your biggest meal of the day your lunch, keeps you nice a full and since I had a big lunch I don't want to eat that much at night! Good luck!0 -
I have increased the pace on my mile long walks. I plan on getting to 14000 steps on my fitbit again today. Already have 8000.
I also plan to stick with the increased calorie goal and will eat most of my exercise calories. I am also trying to increase my protein intake.0 -

I had events at work yesterday & today that involved dinner last night & lunch today, so my food the past couple of days has been a little bit of a train wreck. I've been able to stay under my MFP-set calorie limit when I add in my exercise calories...but when I eat my exercise calories I don't lose weight. I ate well the rest of the time and tried to minimize the damage as much as possible. I'm very much ready to get back to healthy eating tomorrow. I had a trainer session after work tonight so I biked for a bit before that to warm up (plus got over 12K steps today) so I'm already mentally feeling back on track.0
