Hi, everyone! I just started 30DS today! Boy, it was tougher than I thought it would be! The push-ups are really hard, even the "girly" kind.
My measurements are:
Waist: 29"
Bust: 33"
Hips: 34.5"
Thighs: 20"
Biceps: 10.5"
My current weight is 115lbs and my height is: 5'3". On paper this looks pretty good, but I am interested in toning up. I'm what you call "skinny fat" and I feel like at 39 years old, I am sagging in the tush and have gained some back fat and a tummy pooch. I'm mostly interested in gaining muscle, strength and endurance!
Anyone else out there "skinny fat" and just looking to tone???0 -

I'm half way through the dvd already and am on my 15th day,
I only measured my waist in the beginning!

Awesome results!!! Does your camera have like a 10 second timer on it? If so, you can set it on a dresser or somewhere and set the timer for the pics . That's what I do!0 -

So just in the last 3 days of this DVD my waist has gone down to 41, my belly button 41 and my bicep 11!!!!! Only minimal weight loss but at this point my clothes fitting better works for me!! Can't wait to see what day 30 brings!!!1
