Question of cardio!

Hi popsters!!
So.
This is only my second month in but I am a little confused about something and can't seem to get to the bottom of it!...I might just be being dim though...!
When we follow the calendar and there is a HIIT video or a pop cardio video and Cassey says to do it two or three times...does that count if you're following the calendar?!
Or is all the cardio we need IN the actual calendar....?
Or do we double up the HIIT vids?
So confused, I just always feel like.."am I doing enough cardio here?!"

Hey hey!!
I have NOT been doing the cardio videos 2-3X only because all the workouts for the day add up to be about an hour, which she says that's about how long she says to do her workout videos everyday for the calender. But sometimes I will do the video again just because I feel like it. So, you don't have to but you can!!
