Hey everyone! I need to find a good GF multi-vitamin. Preferably one that is yummy (you know...like the flinstones or gummys) because I tend to have a hard time getting down those monstrous horse pill vitamins. Any suggestions?

Try the health food shop as they should have a good range. Most vitamins tend to be g/f these days. Also a good idea to check out minerals too such as selenium which is normally added to flour products - lots of people on G/F diets can get a bit low.

I take Celiact, but they are pills and you have to take 3 pills twice a day... But again, they are made for celiacs and provide all the vitamins and nutrient we need to stay balanced and healthy. Www.celiact.com. I but them cheaper at vitacost but celiact site will explain what's in it and why
