Hi everyone! I'm Tiffani and I'm 39 and a Colorado native and recently I've owned being an artist. I've painted and drawn all my life and though I've never sold my work before many of my realatives and friends love my artwork and I enjoy creating them. My next big piece I'm working on is a round canvas with a koi fish pond. Koi fish are one of my favorite fish/animals. I think they are wondrous and beautiful. Let me know if you want to be friends and please send a message with your request to let me know what you're goals are or what kind of emotional support you may need.

Hi there! I'm Elisa, painter, photographer, dancer, sculptor... you name it! I'm 25 and currently live in Cheyenne Wyoming (Air Force wife). I graduated in 2008 from the Art Institute of Dallas with my BFA in Interior Design and I haven't used my degree since!! I've been working at Lowe's since before I graduated. I'm kind of stuck in a rut. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up :indifferent:0

Hi, I'm new to the site/group. I just found out about it. Recently moved from Kansas after getting my BFA in Drawing and BS in Art Education and am getting ready to start my MFA in Illinois this fall.
I love art of all types. I'm trying to self teach myself a bit of fiber art (since it wasn't offered where I went to school). A lot of my drawings and paintings try to incorporate fiber in some way.
I like to make cute stuff, like sock monkeys and crochet food.
It's great to meet you all.

Hi!
I am brand new to this site and I'm loving it and finding an art board is FANTASTIC! I love seeing other artists' works. I am Mary and I'm 46 and live in Columbia, MD. I love to draw. I do some portrait work and doodling. Zentangle is so much fun! I dabble in photography and I make jewelry as well. Ever since I could thread a beading needle (age 5), I have been making jewelry. I am a confessed beadaholic.
I look forward to meeting you all and I too am so glad I found you!:flowerforyou:0 -
Hi I'm Slovakhorse
I'm in my early 40's and am Scottish (like a couple of others here)
1.I work in a high street shop part-time.
2.study web design (have a CIW webmaster designer certificate)
3.Fine Art grad who exhibits in a private gallery
I could be thought of as a 'serious' artist but not a serious person socially.
5 years ago I knocked the booze on the head and slowly put on over 2 stone so I have just joined MFP to try to sort it out.
good to meet fellow artists!0 -
Hello everyone my name is Jackie, 34, Mexican-Filipina and I juggle two careers between my very recently start-up advertising business (I'm a Creative Director) and my job as a Marketing Officer/In-house Graphic Designer in an Italian restaurant. Though good thing is I love my jobs since I do the same thing but of course if they will make me choose between the two, I have to prioritize my "baby".
Currently I'm working on mastering my multimedia skills as well as reviewing everything I learned about business management way back in college.0 -
Hi everyone, my name is Vicki. I don't have any formal art education beyond a junior high school art class (which I am coming to understand as I learn more that I was very fortunate to have an extremely good and thorough teacher in that class).
All my life I've enjoyed drawing, colored pencils, markers, etc. Last year I took up painting for the first time and love it.
I'm also an amature photographer.
I paint a lot now days, and sell my paintings on occasion. I also do commissioned work, mostly pet portraits so far.
In addition, I enjoy crafts. I crochet, make jewelry, decoupage, make christmas ornaments, wreaths, nativity scenes... In the past I've done a little sculpting with clay and paper mache. I also do fashion sewing....
In addition to that I'm a small engine mechanic and a homeschool mom... so I stay pretty busy!0 -

Pleased to find an arty group. My names Sam, I'm 27 from west Yorkshire, England. I currently work with an independent IT business, promoting and running their online section, but I want to turn my love of art into my career. Only problem is I'm a massive procrastinator and tend not to find time to do my art work. I love to paint traditionally and digitally.0

My name is Janet. I live in Panama City Fl. For years I said that when I retired I was going to paint! Well, last year I retired on my 62nd birthday due to a combination of health problems. I still have not painted because I have spent the year dealing with those problems. Right now, following a surgery (second surgery of these problems) in April I feel better than I have in years.
Now I want to lose weight and get fit!
Now I want to paint!0
