    How's everyone's 1st day going?

    20 crunches and 20 squats done. I'm going to keep doing some squats just to keep working those muscles.

    I'm just throwing some in. They aren't part of this challenge. Since we worked so hard on squats last month, I don't want to lose the progress we made.
