Today I am going back on track. After consuming tons of chips, hot dogs, cupcakes, sweets, and alcohol this weekend I am going back to the healthy side (or at least trying!).

Me too! Crazy busy weekend! I over indulged in alcohol and chips. But back at it for today!

I should be ashamed of some of my entries over the weekend! We're all back on board with you, now! :)

Good for you for getting back on track!

Since starting MyFitnessPal my weight dropped from 193 to 176, then crept back up to 184! So to get to 160 pounds, I'll have to step up and start exercising and actively dieting again.

Yesterday was the first time in ages that my food was <1600 net calories for the day. It was by accident but it was encouraging. I have barely been exercising and need to start again soon - but am still sick (3rd week of this cold) and very tired. Antibiotics are finished and sinuses still bothering me.

We had stuff going on at work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday this week. I did (barely) stay within my MFP calorie goals Wednesday & Thursday but they weren't good food (or beverage) choices. Today I finally ignored the food at the office, except the veggie tray & an orange, and brought my own lunch in. So today is my back on track day too.

Same here, seems we've all crept off the track. I've been creeping off it the past couple of weeks for a few days each week, it's only been my good days that have kept my weight loss to 1-2 pounds a week, but I keep thinking, if I didn't have those bad days I could have lost so so much more. So back on track for me this week food wise, exercise will have to wait until my college assignment is all done and dusted.

Well I am officially back. I'm going to start slow and commit every day to eating better (eating my fruits, veggies and drinking my water) and I'm going to slowly increase my steps back up to 12,000 or more.

After my birthday binge weekend, I've noticed that my appetite increased (it might also be due to me getting my DEPO shot on Wednesday). I’ve been eating and not logging and eating out a lot. The other day I was so hungry I got Donatos Pizza and ate a sub and some pizza (eek). I also noticed that I was tired and also fatigued all the time. I would come home from work and just sleep, I had no motivation to walk or exercise or even stay up and watch tv with my parents.

So with that being said, I am back!
