Right now i am at fish camp so u wont see the usual string. Stupid droid phone! How,d you make out? No scale here so i will report monday, just ate a huge fish dinner so i am in trouble. Hope the rest of ur weekend is as great as i are!!!

Been so sunny here over the weekend so here in England everyone makes use of it to get out the bbq's before the rain and clouds return! So yeah I've had a couple of bad days this week, also flopped on Tuesday and Thursday as work had been a bit stressful for me and I got a bit emotional. Been so out of sync this week as it's been half term for the schools etc, so working holiday club at my work meant my hours were different, I'm very much a routine girl so if one thing is thrown off so is everything else. Been focusing on my college assignment as well so it's definitely been an off week! Hoping to get as much of this assignment done today as possible so I can get back into normal routine as soon as possible this week.
Besides all that, I lost 1.2 pounds, went from 187.7 to 186.5, at the moment I should be at 185 to keep up with the 2 pound a week target for this group, so I'm happy as I'm only a pound off from it which I hope to catch up with when I start getting back into the gym and pool.0 -

A couple of slow weeks, but I'm still only half a pound off the 2 pound a week goal overall. I had a couple of challenging days this week - stayed under my MFP-set calorie limits but went over my own personal goals. There's a very fine line for me of where I will and won't lose weight.0 -
I lost another .6 this week so I am down to 135.4 lbs from 143.
It is coming off awfully slow, but maybe that means I will be more successful at keeping it off?
Anyway, body measurements are looking good too.

One pound down from last week! I was able to walk farther than I was doing the past couple weeks. And, I've been doing lots of light yoga daily. I saw a noticeable difference in my waist measurement this week. (Other slight changes since last week include thigh and chest.) I decided the past couple days to try to increase my calories per day (1200 to 1300). Here are my stats that changed since last week:
Wt 182 to 181 (down 6 lbs since start)
Thigh 23 to 22.5 (down 2.5" since start)
Waist 36.5 to 35 (down 4" since start)
Chest 38 to 37 (down 4" since start)
BMI 30.1 (down 1.7 since start)

I lost another .6 this week so I am down to 135.4 lbs from 143.

-5.1 since the start of this challenge, -10.2 since joining MFP (not sure why my ticker isn't updating), and -17 pounds since the beginning of the year!!
Measurements:
Chest: 40 (-1 inch)
Waist: 34 (-1 inch)
Hips: 41 (-1 inch)
Thigh: 23.5 (-.5 inch)
Last week I changed things up a little. Rather than running and doing 30 DS every day, I alternated days, running one day and doing 30 DS the next day. I didn't skip any days of excercise, and I didn't get burned out. I also focused on more protein, less carbs. This plan seems to work better for me, so I'll continue this week and see what happens! I also got a bicycle for my birthday, so I'll throw that in when I can too. Have a great week, everyone!0 -

I have lost zero pounds this week. :-(
Have lost net 2 pounds over the 6 weeks since we started this challenge. And net 76 pounds since beginning this process.
I don't seem to be sick anymore after 3 weeks of a bad cold - but still VERY tired. Will attend a Yoga class today at 4:30 (first one since the ski accident on Feb 10th). I cancelled a drinks date in order to free up the time for yoga. Also have TONs and TONS of work - which is a bit scary... Will need to come back to the office for 2 hours after yoga.
