Good Morning Everyone
Ok so the push up challenge I was only able to increase my real push ups by 2, and my girlie push ups by 4. So you won this one!
Diana you have lots more patience then I do, any line that said over 60 minutes I was usually complaining, then to wait then finally get in to experience technical difficulties. I am impressed with how you handled it.
Completed all my goals for yesterday, today I'm taking a well needed rest day. Get to go help the in-laws in there new house, then out to lunch with them. After that I may just come home and watch some really bad tv and rest.
Back to biking, and everything else tomorrow. My knees and ankles will thank me for 1 day of rest

Starting weight is 145.4, which is 1 pound up from Memorial Day weekend vacation in LV. I hope to be back down to 144.4 by the end of the week. Good luck to everyone!0
