Hi all
I am from London (via Australia) and just signed up today. I had an almost breakdown in December and it has affected my whole being from love life, work, home, mental health and physical health. I am in CBT counselling and doing well, on Meds which I can't wait to get off and now is the time to be brave and deal with the temple aka the body. I'm 'legally' obese at 5ft3" so it is going to hard but part of my recovery is achieving a few goals which all link in with this body and weight loss challenge.
Looking for buddies for support and fun story sharing during this. Happy to chat to anyone and everyone about their weight loss and anxiety.
I will go first... I had to buy new bras this week as my already 42D were too small. More than a handful is a waste so this was a clincher for me.
Ok GO.
Cheers
Beck

Great to hear from you both. I have been good at tracking my food and walking a lot more. I have also linked up with a travel mate who has recently gone back on meds for the first time in 2 years. We are walking every Monday evening here in London and providing social support as well as motivation to each other. Do you guys have someone to exercise and keep motivated with/by?0

I tend to do a bit of exercise, have 2 dogs and have just started a dog walking business I also have 2 pt sessions a week, I have just tried reducing my meds from 40- 20mg but having a bad day today have binged too so in a bit of a bad place. It's great that you have someone to walk with makes the time fly, and London is great was there over the weekend, there are so many lovely spaces and parks to enjoy x0

For me my greatest motivator and partner in exercise is my daughter....She's always moving quickly and likes to takes walks or workout on her WII....I usually do sometype of exercise in the background while watching her go, but we sometimes walk together.0
