Official Week 10 end weigh-in! (Up to Mon June 3rd)

I thought I would post this up before the weekend. I hope to see more people respond this week!

I weigh in Sundays so I will add my info up then. :)

There is 170 of us on the spreadsheet, last week only 5 people posted number. The computer geek in me feels like delteing non active people from the spreadsheet, or well maybe move them all to the bottom and only keep the active people up top. :) Because I love all us active peoples.

ps: no I am not going to delete people, but come on people and post!!!!!

    I'm with you there! I was looking at last weeks so I could copy and paste my previous info. Where did everybody go?

    Anywho. I did much much better this week, even though I was sick (still am). I coughed my head off last night! I feel great except for the coughing. I deliberated if I should cut my head off or not last night. I'd get some sleep then! LOL!

    Week 1 - 180.0 (1.8 loss)
    Week 2 - 179.0 (1.0 loss)
    Week 3 - 177.6 (1.4 loss)
    Week 4 - 176.4 (1.2 loss)
    Week 5 - 175.2 (1.2 loss)

    I've been yo-yoing quite a bit with my weight for the past 4 weeks because I've been quite slack with my food. Trying to get back on track now. Current weight as at today is 142.8lbs

    I'm still here, and I am totally ok with moving the inactive to the bottom. That spreadsheet makes me twitch.

    As far as this week, between TOM and a alcohol fueled weekend, I didn't even weigh in. I'm going to claim the same weight as last week, b/c I'll be back there as soon as the water weight is gone!

    haha i have done that too, it is like no i am not getting on that thing this week, same as last week I will be on my best behavior till the next weigh in type week. I think most of us have been there before.

    Sorry, I've been more of a lurker lately. I just got done today with doing the 30 Day Shred and it's really slowed down my weight loss. My numbers aren't really worth talking about. However, I'm building some nice muscle underneath all the jiggly bits. lol This last month I've only lost 1lb (only an inch down as well :grumble: ). I'm going to start doing Ripped in 30 next, so probably still won't be dropping those numbers like everyone else.

    Everyone, keep up the great work. I like filling out my info every week as I get to see how everyone's percentages are looking. Everyone is doing awesome, it's really motivating me to keep up with my exercise, even if I don't see any changes right away.

    probably because that time yesterday I was in there being me lol

    Glad to see some more active people in here again! even if you don't lose, keep posting and keep active. Trust me it will keep you move motivated having others who are with you. I spent about 3 months one time at the same weight and it sucks but eventually you start to lose again.

    Well, I'm still down from the beginning of the challenge, but not down as far as I would've liked to be. I've apparently hit the point where my body fat % is low enough to start irritating my hormones, cause TOM is getting to be more and more of a headache, and making it harder to not eat emotionally! Going to definitely get back in there and press on, now that I've figured out what the heck my body is doing! :laugh:

    I am down from beginning weight of 162, to 154/5, which is at least something :P And I definitely think my body is shifting, even if the weight isn't coming off :smile:

    Going on a beach vacation next week, so I'll weigh in for Monday before we leave on Saturday!
