Did my squats, then did 40 regular crunches before doing my Combat 60 workout... totally forgot that the end of Combat 60 has some ab work... so after that even though my abs were burning I did the 40 to the right and 40 to the left. Now my abs are on fire!!!!!!!!!!!0
