Day 1- complete! Because I don't like only working one section I decided to do 20 regular crunches, then did 20 to the left and right.... I probably should have done 20 for the lower abs, but for now as long as I'm working the sides too I'm happy. Have a great Saturday crunchers and don't forget to get those 20 crunches in sometime today.0

Day 1 - 20 crunches DONE!! I will split these pretty soon and do half regular crunches and half reverse crunches, then later in the challenge, I will change it up to standing oblique twists with an 8 pound medicine ball.

Did 25 crunches, 5 second rest, 25 to the right side, 5 second rest, then 25 to the left side
Then I did 25 reverse crunches which I had to stop after just about every 5... I am awful at the reverse crunches... guess it just means I need to work those lower abs even more!0 -
