I commit to walking 6 miles today and sticking to my meal plan.
I also plan to try leg lifts.0 -
June 4th Commitment:
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-Walk 10,000 Steps
-Walk 1 Mile at work
-Do the eliptical at work for 10 minutes

Today I will do Day 9 on the 30 DS level 3 and 30 mins pilates or Tae Bo Cardio. However, I've been struggling with my sweet cravings since yesterday and I've been trying to resist but it's like my body's crying out for this big slice of carrot cake. I don't know what to do as part of me want to go and buy it and the other part is saying no you will regret it :sad:0

Buy it. Split it in half, eat one half right away and promise yorself the other half tomorrow. Count the calories then enjoy every bite. Cutting off foods will only lead to a binge. I know you have posted before, everything in moderation.0

I'm getting back into my workout routine. I will get to the gym tonight, no matter what. If I run out of time in the day, I will go at midnight!0

Geez me wifey said it may rain later in the week and she wants to mow tonite, but wont trim, so that means i better get the weed wacker fixed, gassed and get trimming. I probably should jog from tree to post to wall no? She's a mowing fiend she is. I'd rather go for a walk or ride. YEA YEA for u that noticed the trim grass is more like standing hay right now, not bad 6/5 and i havent weed wacked yet rite? I told my neighbor the white flag in my yard is to let him know i surrendered, he can be nice yard king, not me!!!0

Rode my bike to work even though it was a little rainy and I was still tired! Bike ride home and then take the dogs out, the normal routine for me!!0

After work today;
Day 6, L1, 30DS. Walk 3.5 miles0 -
I ran 3 miles this morning on the treadmill - then came upstairs to find breakfast (which I already had breakfast) made by my daughter (6) which consisted of chocolate milk, a large cheese danish and blueberry greek yogurt. It was her birthday surprise for me, so I couldn't hurt her feelings and not eat it. Plus, while I was eating it she said, "It's your birthday, so you don't need to worry about eating healthy today." Lunch wasn't too good today, either. I'll get back on track with my eating tomorrow.0
