hungry

I've been on this one week. It has been easy until today and I would love to grab a bag (large) of Lays potato chips and eat them All. Completeley by myself. Is this normal for a week in?:drinker:drinker:

    I'm just starting today. I think if I can stay on track for a few days it will be easier. Right now I'm starving.

    Cravings are quite common. That is why I don't deny myself anything, just count the calories and only eat the calories you are trying to keep to. This works for me but be careful on the serving sizes and make sure to log every single thing you eat, good OR bad.

    Cravings and hungry are two different issues. If you are hungry eat protein. I keep turkey lunch meat in the fridge, sometimes I just need a quick little something to get me through that "I want something". I find that the protein will satisfy my hunger. If you are craving something, don't give in right away, I try and put it off for sometimes days or weeks. Then when i have the item I make sure it is a controlled portion.

    I have found that frequency of my cravings have been reduced over time. Good luck!
